Job Summary:
- Issue and follow-up of purchase orders with suppliers (for products and logistical services) within the framework negotiated by Procurement and Logistics
- Ensure, through continuous demand screening and follow-up, that the right product is delivered to the right place at the right time.
- Maintain basic item data in the ERP system of Purchased Items
- Monitor capacity constraints with suppliers and develop proactive solutions
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of demand and purchase proposals based on a master schedule
- Generation and follow-up of purchase orders for Traded Goods and intercompany orders, taking into consideration demand, actual stock levels, lead time, and specifications (artwork).
- Analyze demand requirements to identify supply bottlenecks in case of capacity constraints and priority setting in consultation with customer service
- Organization & follow-up of transport for inbound shipments (including direct deliveries to the customer)
- Works closely with providers to ensure efficient and effective execution of defined processes & goods transportation
- Review, update, and maintain logistic item data parameters and MPS parameters
- Handle communication and information to customer
Qualifications
Education:
- At least Bachelor degree (economics, administration)
