Job Summary:

  • Issue and follow-up of purchase orders with suppliers (for products and logistical services) within the framework negotiated by Procurement and Logistics
  • Ensure, through continuous demand screening and follow-up, that the right product is delivered to the right place at the right time.
  • Maintain basic item data in the ERP system of Purchased Items
  • Monitor capacity constraints with suppliers and develop proactive solutions

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation of demand and purchase proposals based on a master schedule
  • Generation and follow-up of purchase orders for Traded Goods and intercompany orders, taking into consideration demand, actual stock levels, lead time, and specifications (artwork).
  • Analyze demand requirements to identify supply bottlenecks in case of capacity constraints and priority setting in consultation with customer service
  • Organization & follow-up of transport for inbound shipments (including direct deliveries to the customer)
  • Works closely with providers to ensure efficient and effective execution of defined processes & goods transportation
  • Review, update, and maintain logistic item data parameters and MPS parameters
  • Handle communication and information to customer

Qualifications

Education:

  • At least Bachelor degree (economics, administration)

Work Experience:

  • Experience not required
